About Us

LaVasta B&B this 19th Century building has been newly updated. This is the place to visit, unwind, relax & enjoy in a cosy & comfortable atmosphere a sort of hybrid between a luxury hotel and private home, embodying the of both worlds.

At LaVista B&B is generally a small establishment with two guest rooms with private external artistic shower rooms instead of the 50 or more found at most hotels. We live on-side and interact with travellers as if they were invited guests rather than anonymous temporary room numbers. Guests are treated to lots of little deluxe touches like turndown service.

The stylish LaVista B&B is located in Antico Borgo the oldest section of the Centro Storico town, which been built into the hillside. Stone & marble stairs, frequently under old stone arches. The view from all the rooms on the balcony is an excellent panoramic point from which to admire the Italian countryside.

Your continental breakfast of bakery goods, fruit flavour yoghurts and drinks ( coffee, tea, milk and mineral water ) is all included in the price of your stay.

I do a lot of travelling around a province of Avellino and Salerno areas. This bnb caught my eye as wouldn’t normally stay out of Avellino zone but however for some reason not much was available so I decided to try this new BnB and I must say Fantastic service, accommodations and location.

I was very lucky to come across La Vista B&B. The house is gorgeous and very cute, as it is a newly opened B&B. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The breakfast was great but simple for a business traveller like myself I don’t really need much. Mark the owner was helpful with my bags when he met me at the bottom of the street. The house was conveniently located by the borgo and amazing restaurants, and short walk from the heart of town. I would tell anyone to stay there when visiting Calitri and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip. It’s a 5-star service and bnb for the price paid.

Lovely character house in a fine setting overlooking mountains reservoir with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. A very warm welcoming and a hearty breakfast from the owner who made it feel like “Home from Home “ excellent value for a family of 5 occupancies. Well-appointed rooms with big balcony in – keeping with the property. Wish we could have stayed longer. Many thanks to La Vista B&B.

The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the view is AMAZING and the English hosts are the kindest and sweetest people, who took care of us during our stay in this lovely little old town in Irpinia. B&B Rooms

Room 1:-This family room with a balcony has a King size bed and a single bed private external shower in the hallway.
Room 2:-This deluxe double room with balcony has a Queen size bed and private external shower in the hallway.
Room 3:-This quadruple room with balcony has 4 singles bed and a private external shower in the hallway.

Because of the global pandemic, Continental breakfast ( as seen in the picture ) serves the room as each room has a table.

We are now serving pack breakfast in the bedrooms.
Temperature measuring check and masks on arriving.
Hand sanitiser machine in the entrance.

Served at 7:30 am to 9:30 am served in the rooms or balcony in a panoramic position with a beautiful spectacular valley view.
Coffee, water, cappuccino, tea, milk & brioche.

Facilities
The rooms are spacious and bright and share the care for every detail.
Bedrooms - elegant rooms, 1 king-size bed, - 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. Also available 4 singles beds, with balcony views as seen in the pictures. (each room have hairdryers, towels )

You can also rent the whole B&B.
Private shower rooms have shower gel, shampoo & hand soap.
Full central heating.
Washing machine (washing powder) & ironing available (for an additional fee)
Children under 5 stay free. (cot/crib on request when you make a booking)
Childcare for an extra cost - ( qualified childcare in the UK, and speaks 5 languages: ( little Italian, English, Azerbaijan, Turkish & Russian ) available day & night time.
We will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends - if booked in advance for an additional charge. Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

Conditions of stay

Check-in must be carried out from 12:00 till midnight
Check-out must be done by 10:30 am
Bathroom linen is changed every 5 days.
Bed linen is changed every 5 days.
Additional change of bathroom linen, if required, will cost € 5.00
Additional change of bed linen, if required, will cost € 5.00.
Room cleaning takes place every day. To allow cleaning it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10:30 am.

Terms of Payment

The balance will be paid at check-in.
In the cases - when required by the structure - of a non-refundable discounted rate, the traveler is required to make the payment in advance and in the manner indicated to complete the booking. The payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.
